Design Development

Engaging & liaising with all consultants, architects and engineers
Engaging with lenders and brokers to facilitate any and all financial requirements
Engaging with legal to produce any and all documents required, such as rezoning, corporate requirements, disclosure preparation and filing, etc.
Liaising with our marketing & design team to oversee the process of branding, community engagement, Public Relations, lead generation and conversion, database building, launch and tempo marketing, and leveraging both social and owned media
Engaging with the builder to be an active participant in the process, with the goal of achieving cost savings throughout the process (back to design/build)
Coordinating and optimizing the sales program with listing agents
Aiding in contract negotiations with all consultants
Overseeing all aspects of the development in collaboration with the Project Owner
