Known for his innovative and unconventional approach, Firooz brings vast business and leadership experience in the retail, manufacturing, and service sectors.
Driven by his “Lead by Example” style, Firooz has successfully founded and lead companies from the ground up and developed them into multi-million-dollar corporations. His diversified portfolio includes working in the Construction, Commercial Retail, Natural Resources and Real Estate/Development industries.
Beyond his business dealings, Firooz has a lifelong passion for humanitarian efforts and is currently involved in numerous global initiatives including several local charities.

Eric Qi
Eric specializes Project Development, Land Assembly and Investment sales and successfully delivers significant value and solutions to clients in the past decade. Eric’s goal is always descriptive of what he’s able to do in dynamic fashion: bring together Buyers and Sellers of underutilized lands so that there’s mutual win.
Eric is a graduate of Master of Engineering Entrepreneurship from McMaster University. Along with his real estate career, Eric is also involved in several roles in the strategic growth of private lending, construction and material supply & manufacturing business and enjoys the quality time with his family.

Hardy joins our team of experts with over 35 years of business and operations experience including construction, commercial and institutional supply, manufacturing, product development, global supply chain management and real estate marketing and sales.

Vince Walker
Vince’s finance and sales background give him the knowledge and attention to detail when dealing with clients. Working with our network of developers, investors, and landowners directly, Vince introduces them to great opportunities while guiding them through the process as Land Acquisition Manager.
Vince’s ability to find and recognize profitable land arrangements created from Land Assemblies, Raw Land, Rental, and Investment properties are essential in our client’s success. With a BA in Business Administration and Project Management through BCIT balances his experience as a great addition to DS Group.
